haziq nk jugak!

salam n Bismillah...
semalam en. suami rebuskan edamame yg dh 2 ari terperap dlm peti.sejak fenomena edamame melanda SusuIbu, aku juga antara ibu2 yg mencubanya sbg pemakanan tambahan utk increase breastmilk aku.almaklumlah haziq pn dh setahun 5 bulan, mana nk melimpah ruah mcm zaman dolu2.demi nk meneruskan niat murni aku utk 'extended brestfeeding,.maka mcm2 la usaha yg aku lakukan.dulu aku beli kt cold storage the mall.mujur jugak Cold Storage dh lebarkan sayap perniagaan kt wangsa walk,so dekat umah aku je,mudah nk dpt.tp sorry to say, "wahai org2 kg aku n seangkatan dengannya, peluang anda tipis nk dptkannya"--->means if anda kt kwsn small town maka dukacita aku bgtau mmg susah nk dpt benda alah nie :-(
bila dh direbus sekejap n then di toskan, anda boleh le menikmatinya.tp gambar di atas adalah kisah benar.haziq awal2 lg dh jdkan benda nie mainan dia.so kami mkn2 le ramai...aku,en. suami n haziq.

sudahnya, 60% utk en. suami, 30% shj utk aku n selebihnya dlm mulut haziq n disepahkan di atas lantai...

info di bawah adalah berkenaan edamame yg ku google searchkan.so buka kamus pd yg kureng memahaminya...

"Edamame, pronounced /ěd'ə-mä'mā/[1], is a preparation of baby soybeans in the pod commonly found in Japan, China, Hawaii and Korea. The pods are boiled in water together with condiments such as salt, and served whole.

Outside East Asia, the dish is most often found in Japanese restaurants and some Chinese restaurants, but has also found popularity elsewhere as a healthful food item.

The United States Department of Agriculture states that edamame are "a soybean that can be eaten fresh and is best known as a snack with a nutritional punch".[2]

Edamame also contains protein, which further helps stabilize blood sugar, and omega-3 fatty acids. In some circumstances, this can also result in a laxative effect. This is a popular traditional remedy in regions of Asia, where it is known as Bhatamas.[3]

Edamame beans contain higher levels of abscisic acid, sucrose, protein than other types of soybean. They also contain a high source of dietary fiber, iron and calcium."
